I logged in using my email id/phone number, but the app is asking me to signup again. I had used this app earlier and completed the sign-up process. What should I do?
This situation might arise if you had previously signed up using a different mobile number or email id. You can try other mobile numbers or email ids that you typically use to see if that works. If you are not able to still login, you can either create a new sign-up or write your concern to email@example.com with your name and date, time & place of birth. We will try to find your login details and get back to you at the earliest.

Do star points expire or get dropped on Taaraka android app?
The star points that you have earned by either rating insights, completing your profile or referring a friend expires on the 30th day from the day they were earned. So if you do not use those points in 30 days, they will be dropped. You can check the history of your star points on the My Star Points page, which can be reached via Dashboard or Menu > Settings > My Account > My Star PointsPlease Note - If you purchased star points from our Deals & Offers section on our app, then the validity of those star points will be as specified.
I have more than 300 star points on Taaraka android app, but I am not able to use all my star points to ask my question?
As per our current policy, a maximum of 200 star points can be redeemed at a time to ask questions. Please note - The policy can change from time to time. We will notify the users before we change the policy.
Payment from my account has been deducted, but the app shows the status as unpaid?
Don't worry, if your payment has been deducted and the app still shows the status as unpaid, then this could mean - 1) We have not received the payment, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your account by the payment gateway as per their return policy. This usually takes 5 working days.2) The payment gateway was not automatically able to capture the payment from your account. In this scenario, we have to manually capture the payment. This might take upto 24 hours and as soon as we are able to capture the payment the status will show as paid.
