Untill end of year 2024, you are in a phase where some bindings at physcial level like being in jail or isolated is possible. But you don't have a long tenure to be in binding or in jail.

You will come out soon or the trial would be mild in nature. Time untill April 2023 is favourable and if the closure of the trial procedures happen before Feb 2023, you will be much better off than otherwise.
