As per your chart, you are a hard working person and sometimes you might lack in consistency which you need to develop to deliver the best quality at all times and always.

The current time is not quite favourable for a job change and the time starting from April 2024 would be good for you to start looking for change. Thereafter you have a pretty good and conducive time to have a job switch which would give you good satisfaction.

You can prepare in the interim and arm yourself with some additional skill sets to your already existing skills to get a better value proposition.
