I am currently in 5th year of my PhD in Mathematics. I am facing lot of problems like till date I haven't got any research paper published and I feel that even after putting a lot of efforts in doing my research I am unable to do a good work. I also feel like my supervisor is neglecting me. Also I am looking for a job. Please tell me when will I be able to complete my PhD and when will I get a good job as assistant professor. Also what are my prospects of being a good researcher?
