You can wear the Silver Tortoise ring on a Friday early morning immediately after sunrise during the Full-Moon days that on Fridays during the Shukla Paksha. You can wear it first preference being the ring finger of right hand and the second preference being the index finger of right hand.

You need to perform the Maha Lakshmi Pooja of the Silver Tortoise ring before wearing it.
