You need to control the urge to know everything and start focussing only on your role and mandate which will ease your ability to take decisions in an easy manner. Also you may need to suppress over enthusiasm if required which will also help in easing out your stress.

You can recite the following mantra for better alertness and general well being:-

ॐ गं गणपतये नमो नम: Om Gam Ganapataye Namah

Avoid taking sudden and spontaneous decisions. Just keep up your efforts and you will have decent and consistent earnings and will be successful.
