At 38 years old, with a 3 year old daughter and another one on the way, I'm constantly stressed about having hit my ceiling with my career and earning potential. I didn't really start in my life until much later, at about 31 and wonder if how do the next few years would be for me on the physical, emotional, material fronts and for my family. Thanks!
